John is Head of Energy and Data Centres for Newmark in Europe. He has 20 years’ experience of land and capital transactions in the energy sector spanning all technologies from offshore wind to nuclear. His clients include EDF, RWE, SSE and Uniper and he is currently advising on some of the UK’s largest date centre land transactions, as well as working on projects across all of the main European markets.
