Noel Dolphin has worked in the rail industry for 20 years, initially in infrastructure owners such as London Underground and Network Rail. Since 2007 he has been managing electrification design projects, for the past 8 years he has worked for Furrer+Frey’s UK business as the Managing Director of Furrer+Frey GB. In 2018 along with a number of others from the rail industry and passenger user groups he formed the Campaign to Electrify Britain’s Railway.
