Helene joined Skanska UK Plc in 2021, when she led the delivery of environmental requirements for the renewal of one of London's busiest multi-modal stations, in preparation for the HS2 Phase 1 works at Euston. She has since taken on the lead of Skanska Infrastructure environmental sustainability team, managing resources and risks across rail, highways, energy and water projects.

With over 11 years of experience as an environmental professional, she has worked for both the public and private sectors on a multitude of Building, Flood Mitigation (surface and tidal water) and Infrastructure projects.

Passionate about sustainability and particularly climate resilience for infrastructure, her expertise ranges from legal compliance, strategy setting, stakeholders management, partnership working and innovation.
