Adam Timewell is an experienced Passenger Transport Professional holding roles at Director and Senior Management levels focused on Commercial and Contract Management.

As Head of Programmes for the Rail North Partnership (a partnership between the Department for Transport and Transport for the North), Adam’s role is to ensure the effective leadership and management of the team responsible for commercial, financial, delivery planning and contractual management of the Northern Trains Services Agreement and Rail North Partnership projects and programmes including the development of a Rail services plan for the north.

His role includes facilitating between Mayoral Authorities, Central Government, and the Rail Industry to support the transformation of the north’s rail services.
