Steven has been a railway professional for nine years with experience ranging from project management in development and delivery of infrastructure projects, project sponsorship and latterly long-term strategic planning.  Steven has spent the last three years delivering the Traction Decarbonisation Network Strategy on behalf of the industry and has recently joined WSPs Rail Advisory Team.  In WSP Rail Advisory, Steven continues to provide strategic advice around rail decarbonisation and other major strategic rail issues and topics to a range of clients across the public and private sectors.
