Steve has over 20 years security experience. In his current role, Steve leads the team responsible for the intelligence led cyber and physical security operations across BT. He is passionate about using BT’s unique view of global networks, allied with big data technologies, and world class specialists, to push the boundaries of pro-active and predictive security.  He’s been instrumental in defining BT Security, delivering the multi-layered and multi-year security investment strategy, designed to keep pace with the rapidly evolving global threat. He is a graduate of Queen University Belfast (1st Class Honours BSC Information Technology) and lives with his family in the countryside outside Belfast.
