Alistair is an Associate within Quod’s Environmental Planning Team and company lead for Digital EIA and planning practices. Alistair is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 10 years’ experience providing strategic environmental planning advice and management expertise across a wide range of sectors. He is a core member of both IEMA and IES Working Groups that aim to drive forward and provide guidance on good EIA practice and innovation to practitioners and other stakeholders. He is a chief proponent of proportionality and technical innovation in the planning process and led a collaborative research project in 2019/20, funded by the UK Government, on the digital transformation of the EIA process.
