Andy is a Partner at CPC Project Services Limited (CPC), an award-winning independent project and cost management consultancy in the UK.  As a highly qualified rail professional and business leader, Andy applies his considerable experience to deliver complex and innovative projects and programmes, at Director level, often within politically sensitive and multi-stakeholder transport environments. 

Andy has been supporting three ROSCOs, through NJRP (National Joint ROSCO Programme), for over 10 years, as Programme Director, to oversee the procurement and delivery of First in Class of ETCS to legacy fleets as part of the GB digital deployment programme.

Andy is a respected industry speaker and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics of Transport & Logistics (FCILT); the Association for Project Management (FAPM); and the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI).
