Moatassem leads Colas Rail’s ERTMS Project, being responsible for both the OTM and Freight businesses. He joined Colas Rail as a graduate and has just celebrated his 9^th year on the Railway. His background is multi-disciplined, getting involved in introducing new machines into the UK Railway, Engineering Change, Contracts and Procurement. Moatassem has been leading on the Freight ERTMS programme for 6 years and the OTM programme for 2 years.
