Paul is the Head of Grid Connections for Ethical Power. He has worked in the Electricity Networks Industry for over 10 years, including 8 years with a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) in the new connections team working on the connection offer process and the Transmission and Distribution interface. He has previously been a member of industry working groups including Distributed Energy Resources Connections Steering Panel and a Connections Use of System Code Modification Workgroup. As a grid connections specialist at Ethical Power, Paul is involved in projects from the very beginning to the end, assisting in site searching processes and solving any grid challenges.
