With over 20 years of technical and managerial experience in the energy industry and a strong academic background in engineering, business, contracts and policy, Dimitrios have applied his skills and knowledge to steer companies and projects to achieve their targets and goals. He has overseen multibillion project development, project execution, budget performance and managed relationships with key statutory stakeholders, business partners, authorities, and investors in oil & gas, solar, bess and onshore/offshore wind. He leads, inspire, and empower teams of talented professionals, who share his passion and commitment for the energy transition. Dimitrios Moudouris started his career in the oil & gas offshore industry. He worked from 2000-2017 and quickly advanced through a range of roles such as engineering trainee, senior site engineer, project engineer, Construction Supervisor and Lead Technical Engineer. Between 2017-2023 he held senior positions in the renewable sector such as Projects Director, Board Director for subsidiary companies of Shanghai Electric, as well as interim CEO at Seawind Ocean Technology. Since January 2024 he has joined CERO Generation as a Senior Project Manager and since April 2025 as a Head of Construction in UK.

Dimitrios holds an HND in Civil Engineering, a BSc Hons in Construction & Project Management and an MBA in Finance.
