Rebecca is Consents Manager for the HyNet North West Hydrogen Pipeline, being developed by Cadent Gas Ltd. She has worked in town planning and regeneration for over twenty years and has developed schemes and applications for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and major projects for most of this period, including energy transmission, offshore wind, highway and rail schemes. Her experience includes working client side as a private developer and she has held various consultancy roles.
