Paul is Head of the Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team at Eversheds Sutherland and has over 15 years’ experience promoting projects both onshore and offshore in the energy sector.  This has included fixed and floating offshore wind farms, tidal stream projects, nationally significant solar farms, onshore wind farms, electricity interconnectors, and conventional gas generation stations.  He has worked in all three UK mainland planning jurisdictions and has successfully consented energy projects under the Electricity Act, Planning Act, Transport and Works Act, Marine Licensing and Town and Country Planning Act regimes. He is currently advising a number of developers and undertakers looking to bring forward green and blue hydrogen projects.
