Mike is Chief of Staff at Centrica Storage where he leads on continuous improvement, strategy and the various large-scale energy transition projects (including hydrogen storage and production). He has previously held the role of HSE & Technical Director and was formerly an offshore process safety inspector at the Health and Safety Executive. Mike has worked across a number of different sectors including nuclear decommissioning, LNG and oil & gas.

Mike is a Chartered Chemical Engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a PhD from the University of Leeds.
