In 2001, Natalie graduated in BA (Hons) European Business Management degree, during which time she gained experience working in Quaker Chemicals in Barcelona.  After graduating, Natalie joined the Wales Tourist Board, where her role was managing the tourism industry-training programme for the new Visit Wales website.  

In 2006, Natalie joined the Welsh Government to manage the Destination Management Wales online toolkit.  In 2012, Natalie took a further promotion and joined the Innovation department taking on a role as Academia Engagement manager, to manage the development and operation of the Expertise Wales website.

Currently the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Manager, for the Welsh Government’s Innovation Department, Natalie is responsible for two operations, including KTP and SMART Partnerships, both of which provide support to Welsh businesses and research organisations to commercialise new products, processes and services developed through research, development and innovation processes.
