Alasdair is the head of CPO, Regeneration and Infrastructure. He has worked with both acquiring authorities and claimants across a series of town centre regeneration and infrastructure schemes.  He has worked in the property industry for 15 years, during which he has worked across the West Midlands, the South West and London and the South East.

He has advised acquiring authorities on strategic acquisition decisions and their viability impacts on Compulsory Purchase Orders, as well as project managing the process and negotiating with affected landowners across transport and regeneration schemes. He has represented claimants ranging from SMEs to household names and national corporations being acquired by a range of schemes, from the Commonwealth Games to HS2 and Heathrow.
