Rachel is a Director at Ardent and a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 20 years’ experience within the regeneration sector. Rachel has managed all aspects of promoting and implementing CPO schemes and has managed teams on a variety of successful regeneration projects, predominately in the London Boroughs and South of England. She has extensive expertise in residential and retail mixed use development. Having previously worked as a Development Manager, Rachel has knowledge of all aspects of the development cycle from project feasibility through to practical completion and handover. Rachel is particularly skilled in landowner engagement; using a combination of private treaty negotiations, option agreements, CPO and landlord and tenant powers to secure vacant possession on programme for contractor handover.
