John is a Senior Director in the CBRE Compulsory Purchase team based in London. He has 20 years of property experience and has been advising acquiring authority clients, developers, property owners and occupiers affected by compulsory purchase on both regeneration and infrastructure schemes for the last fifteen years. He is an elected national board member and the Honorary Secretary of the Compulsory Purchase Association as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Prior to joining CBRE he spent 5 years in an Estate Management role advising Local Authority clients on their assets. 

John’s notable assignments include Brentford Waterside Regeneration on behalf of Ballymore,  Grove Road  Regeneration for the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation,  Croydon Town Centre on behalf of Hammerson and Unibail Rodamco Westfield, Rowner Renewal in Gosport, and London Luton Airport on their expansion plans.
