Andrew specialises in all aspects of consenting and land assembly for International and National regulated and unregulated corporates, developers, funds, investors and statutory bodies at all stages of the project cycle from feasibility, acquisition, promotion, appeal, legal challenge, finance, delivery, disposal and land compensation. 

He has over 20 years of experience dealing with a wide range of development and infrastructure assets and promoting projects in the transport, energy, town centre, retail, hospitality & leisure, industrial, logistics, minerals, health and education sectors employing all consenting and land assembly codes including permitted development rights, Town & Country planning, development consent orders (DCO), transport and works act orders (TWAO), compulsory purchase orders (CPO) and highways orders.

He leads a team with a track record of providing strategic advice and assessing legal risk as trusted advisor, co-ordinating multi-disciplinary partners/advisors, and delivering legal support on complex projects and all other real estate and infrastructure related matters.
