Jessica has over 10 years experience in Compulsory Purchase schemes. She has been involved in Compulsory Purchase throughout her career from acting for landowners affected by schemes to advising Developers and Acquiring Authorities on how to utilise any Compulsory Purchase Powers that may be available to them and how to successfully prepare and submit the required documentation and negotiate any land required to facilitate the scheme. She has worked on schemes that have been brought forward via the Highways Act, the Water Industry Act and the Planning Act. Jessica is a Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer.
