Megan Hembrow is the Property lead for the Thames Tideway Tunnel, a Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project that is in operation to protect the River Thames from pollution.

Megan has managed the Tideway property interfaces for over 8 years, enabling the project to successfully evolve from site assembly, mobilisation, construction, commissioning, demobilisation, reinstatement and into operation and maintenance.

She has over 15 years property experience, is a Registered Valuer and an Accredited NEC4 Project Manager.

Megan is a member of the board of the Compulsory Purchase Association, and the Regional Board of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She is also a member of National Infrastructure Planning Authority and an Associate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.

She advocates for a positive culture shift within the compulsory purchase industry as well as increased transparency and accountability for all parties.
