Anna is Joint Head of Addleshaw Goddard's Transport Sector Team and a Real Estate Partner in the Leeds office. She advises institutional investors, property companies, asset managers and developers on all types of property-based direct and indirect transactions, including sales and purchases of assets and property owning corporates and trusts, forward funding deals, development agreements and leases. Anna has particular experience of station led regeneration schemes and transactions involving development partnerships.
