Rachel Ford is the Interim Strategy Director at TfN and is responsible for leading the development and delivery of TfN’s Strategic Transport Plan. This includes delivering against TfN's strategic objectives for economic growth, decarbonisation and social inclusion, as well as oversight of TfN's research programme, major roads function and new technologies. Prior to joining TfN, she was a Programme Manager at Transport for the South East, as well as having previously held positions at Surrey County Council in its Economic Growth and Policy teams.
