Ross is a Senior Associate in the UK’s leading planning and environment team, with considerable experience advising on the consenting and delivery of major infrastructure projects in the transport, water and energy sectors. He has significant experience of advising on developments promoted under the Town and Country Planning Act, Transport and Works Act and Planning Act regimes, particular relating to road, rail and airports, and recently spent a year seconded to a Government agency promoting road projects in England.
