Justin is the Rail Director for Gleeds with over 30 years’ experience, specialising in rail, electrification, mechanical and electrical projects of which over 20 years has been within the rail industry working closely with the government, clients, main contractors and subcontractors at a strategic level providing excellent growth for the business.

Passionate about the rail industry, Justin was a founding member of Northern Rail Industry Leaders and the initial chair of RIA North providing inspirational leadership, working closely with sub-national transport bodies, government and major stakeholders to set out a route to delivering growth in the region.

At Gleeds, our dedicated rail industry team is a dedicated rail team consisting of cost, project and construction managers, offering strength across a range of rail sectors, including building, civils, tunnelling, ventilation, track, power, signalling, telecoms and rolling stock. With a focus on relationships and people, our approach to every project is to take responsibility for delivering success on the behalf of our client and is part of the UK infrastructure team.
