Justin has worked at a strategic level with government, clients, Tier 1 contractors and the wider supply chain, recognised for clear communication, collaborative leadership and building strong, long‑standing relationships across the industry.

A trusted advisor in transport, electrification, decarbonisation, commercial strategy and programme assurance, Justin brings a blend of technical‑commercial insight and strategic judgement. As Founding Chair of Rail Industry Association North, Justin has helped champion regional investment and influence long‑term rail strategy through published thought leadership, white papers and high‑profile engagement with ministers, MPs and senior industry stakeholders at Westminster and major national forums.

Justin currently serves as a Trustee and leads active support for the largest scout group in Yorkshire, Dringhouses Scout Group.
