With nearly 20 years of experience in infrastructure planning, David has a track record of coordinating and advising on the planning processes for large-scale infrastructure projects. David’s extensive experience includes work on significant cases such as new nuclear power stations, offshore wind farms, solar projects, roads, rail, and other infrastructure. As the current Service Owner for the Planning Inspectorate's Infrastructure Service, he is committed to leading a service that provides consistently timely, high-quality, and cost-effective recommendations and advice. David’s leadership focuses on developing a more efficient, proportionate, and streamlined service that supports bringing the planning system together, while also making the service a better place to work by valuing and building the expertise of our workforce.
