Dominic is Chartered Town Planner with a wealth of experience in UK and international consenting and development applications for public, private and Governmental sectors, focusing on national significant infrastructure projects for utilities and rail related projects. Having been the consents lead for Phase 2 on HS2 and currently leading on the consenting of DCO’s in connection with National Grid’s ‘Great Grid Upgrade’, Dominic has extensive understanding of the importance of building flexibility within projects in order to achieve required outputs.
