Nicholas Coombes is a Chartered Town Planner specialising in the DCO process.

He has over ten years’ experience working on dozens of NSIP-scale energy and transport projects. He has worked at all stages of the development process, from routeing and siting, through consultation, application and examination, to construction.

Working for RWE, he has recently supported two offshore wind farms through examination, and is now preparing to discharge requirements and start on site.
