Andy Reay is the Group Head of Offshore Wind at Associated British Ports (ABP), the UK’s leading ports operator. With over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, He leads the development of offshore wind solutions across ABP’s portfolio of UK ports. His role involves commercialising key facilities such as the £310 million development at Green Port Hull, a joint investment with Siemens Gamesa, as well as operations and investments in Port Talbot, Grimsby, Barrow, and Lowestoft (LEEF). Before joining ABP, Andy held a senior position at DEME Offshore, where he worked on numerous high-profile projects across Europe, US and Taiwan.

At ABP, his focus is on driving the growth of offshore wind infrastructure, aligning with the UK Government's ambitious offshore wind delivery targets. Andy has also served on the Renewable UK Board over the past three years.
