Lauren is the Industry Development Lead within the Xodus Advisory division. As an offshore wind supply chain specialist, her primary focus is on the commercial elements of developing projects, both fixed and floating, in the UK and Ireland. Lauren has worked in the industry for 5 years, and has experience in supply chain development, market analysis and marine spatial planning activities. She has worked with clients to plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement activities and is passionate about increasing local content and supporting SME growth.
