Dr Wuxing Liang has been involved in UK offshore wind development and system integration since Round 1, with experiences gained from manufacturer/developer, system operator, seabed landlord, and consultant. Prior to joining AECOM, he worked for The Crown Estate (TCE) in Celtic Sea (R5) Grid connection under the Holistic Network Design (HND), and for Electricity System Operator (ESO) as a connection and compliance specialist.
