Andrew is a Chartered Electrical Engineer and experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the power networks and renewables industry across the UK, Middle East and Australia.  Andrew joined Green GEN Cymru at the start of 2025 as Project Director, responsible for the development and consent of all projects within the Green GEN Cymru portfolio.

Prior to Green GEN Cymru, Andrew was Transmission Director for the Norfolk Offshore Wind Zone, a 4.2GW cluster of projects with co-located grid connection and shared transmission route.  Andrew was involved in that project for over 7 years through the project life cycle of inception, development, consent, post consent discharge of conditions, contractor procurement and construction.
