As Director of RWE's Pembroke Net Zero Centre. Richard represents, originates and coordinates RWE Group activities in South Wales. Focusing on Pembroke Net Zero Centre (PNZC), including Celtic Sea floating wind and downstream RWE decarbonisation projects such as green hydrogen production, CCS, H2 combustion for power, batteries and shared heat supply to industrial neighbours.

Richard has over 30 years of experience of power station operations. Richard was Station Manager for both Aberthaw Power Station, the last coal station in Wales and more recently Pembroke Power Station, one of the UK's most efficient CCGT's.
