Cathy is part of Associated British Ports' commercial team, with a particular focus on ABP’s five South Wales ports, including Port Talbot and Swansea.  She is currently masterplanning lead on ABP's Future Port Talbot programme which aims to transform the port into a major hub for floating offshore wind and green energy.  In addition, she has been closely involved in the set-up phases of the Celtic Freeport, representing ABP's interests as owner of the largest tax site at the Port of Port Talbot.

Cathy is a chartered town planner by background, having spent some years working in property and multidisciplinary engineering consultancies, and also draws on experience of developing Green Book-compliant business cases for major infrastructure.
