Helen O’Keeffe is Development Director for Gwynt Glas offshore wind farm which was recently awarded development rights in the Celtic Sea through The Crown Estate’s Leasing Round 5.

Helen is a civil engineer and town planner with over 25 years experience working in the delivery of infrastructure projects, as well as in the areas of forward planning, community planning and policy development.  She has worked in ESB, Ireland’s foremost energy company for 10 years as Senior Planner and Planning and Strategy Manager for Generation Projects, supporting the company’s ambitious targets for decarbonisation.  In the Gwynt Glas project, Helen is working closely with colleagues across EDF Power Solutions and ESB, and with support from DP Energy based in Pembroke Dock, managing project consenting, communications and engagement, and honouring our social value commitments.
