Jasmine is the Manager for Sustainable Places Land and Sea at Natural Resources Wales (NRW), leading a staff of 70 covering terrestrial planning, landscape and energy policy, and marine policy and evidence. She joined NRW in 2016 as a Senior Marine Licensing Officer. She has since held roles in Regulatory Policy and as Team Leader for Marine & Coastal Policy & Planning. NRW is the environment body for Wales, with a remit to apply the principles of sustainable management of natural resources.

Prior to joining NRW, Jasmine was a post-doctoral researcher at Bangor University, having completed her PhD at Aberystwyth University in 2007. She is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management.
