Eleri is Head of Onshore Development: Wales & England for RWE Renewables UK Ltd. A chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI), Eleri has extensive public and private sector experience of major infrastructure projects, mainly in renewable energies. She leads a team of Project Managers, handling a portfolio of onshore wind and solar PV projects, from site identification to construction handover. RWE is the largest power producer in Wales, with over 3GW of onshore and offshore wind, hydro and gas energy generation across 12 sites, and the country’s #1 renewable energy generator. RWE’s existing renewable energy portfolio of around 1GW already generates one third of Wales’ renewable energy production – enough to power 550,000 homes. RWE directly employs around 300 people in Wales in dedicated offices in Baglan, Dolgarrog, and the Port of Mostyn, as well as onsite at our power stations. Over the last decade, RWE and partners have invested over £3 billion to deliver projects in Wales.
