As FLOW Project Manager, Tom is the lead for all FLOW aspects of Marine Energy Wales’s marine energy programme. This involves working closely with technology developers, supply chain organisations, public sector organisations, and other stakeholders across Wales and the wider Celtic Sea region. A key part of the role is supporting developers and supply chain organisations through the Celtic Sea Develop Alliance and the Celtic Sea Cluster respectively. Through these groups, Tom and MEW are helping to establish Wales as a global leader in marine renewable energy. Having previously served as a Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy for 7 years, Tom possesses a wealth of operational, engineering and management experience and is excited to bring these transferable skills to the renewable energy sector.
