Jay is an expert in the offshore renewables industry and in particular the consenting and development process with a track record of supporting offshore renewable projects across the UK.  Jay is a member of IMarEST with extensive experience working on multi-disciplinary projects in the Celtic Sea, England and Scotland. 

In 2021 CIERCO and SBM Offshore formed the joint venture company Floventis Energy who are progressing The Llŷr 1 and Llŷr 2 Test and Demonstration Projects;  two separate 100MW arrays, each testing different technologies, located south of Pembroke in the Celtic Sea.
