Mike is a Town Planner and Urban Designer with over 25 years’ experience of working in Development Management. He has dealt with all types of development while working for LPAs in both England and Wales, including major residential and commercial schemes, and significant infrastructure projects; and has also provided urban design input on a range of development. Mike is Development Manager responsible for major projects at Pembrokeshire County Council that has included both DNS and NSIP development.  Mike is currently mainly involved in infrastructure and energy projects and strategic LDP sites as well as coordinating the LPA’s Development Management approach to affordable housing and planning obligations. Mike is a Chartered Member of the RTPI, has a degree in Geography and post-graduate diplomas in Town & Country Planning and Urban Design.
