Laura is a Director at Savills and heads up the Planning Team in its Cardiff office. She has over 15 years of experience in town planning and environmental impact assessment, and is dual qualified with the RTPI as Chartered Planner and IEMA as an EIA Practitioner. Laura works across a wide range of sectors in Wales and England, where she has considerable experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and project managing the preparation, submission and negotiation of developments to determination (including EIA Co-ordination). This includes significant city centre and brownfield regeneration proposals, energy and infrastructure development and has a particular expertise in planning for data centre development. She also acts on behalf of landowners and developers to promote land for development in emerging local development plans.
