Steven has been a railway professional for ten years with experience ranging from project management in development and delivery of infrastructure projects, project sponsorship and latterly long-term strategic planning. Steven was the leader and author of the Traction Decarbonisation Network Strategy on behalf of the industry and is now part of WSPs Rail Advisory Team. As an Associate Director in WSP Rail Advisory, Steven leads strategic advice around rail decarbonisation and other major strategic rail issues and topics to a range of clients across the public and private sectors.
