Paul is a Partner and Head of Addleshaw Goddard's Transport Sector Group. Paul's principal expertise is in advising clients on transport infrastructure projects, operating concessions and procurement and leasing of rolling stock. Paul has more than 15 years' experience acting for both public and private sector clients. He has advised on some of the most complex and groundbreaking projects including Agility Trains on the £5.5 billion Intercity Express Programme rolling stock procurement, Department for Transport on the West Coast Partnership Franchise Competition and Keolis/Amey on the £500m Manchester Metrolink O&M Concession.
