Initially starting her career in hospitality, Claire has spent the last 25 years in the transport industry, working in a variety of leadership roles at East Midlands Trains, Stagecoach Supertram and Virgin Trains East Coast. Claire has been in her current role for four years and is committed to ensuring that LNER delivers exceptional customer service.
