Steve has worked in the public transport industry for over 25 years in both operational and strategic commercial roles, and for the past nine years has worked at east London and south Essex train operator c2c. Following a year as interim Commercial Director in 2023, the past two and a half years as Head of Commercial Growth have seen him build c2c's capability to understand and drive growth in both passenger and ancillary revenues. As c2c now transitions to become part of a broader Anglia integrated railway, Steve's focus is shifting to delivering opportunities from closer working with Greater Anglia and Network Rail Anglia, and broader industry reform programmes.
