Rachel is a Partner in Addleshaw Goddard's Transport Sector team.  Rachel has extensive expertise in the rail sector, particularly in relation to infrastructure and regulatory matters.  Her experience includes advising on the funding and implementation of rail infrastructure projects, operating concessions, and regulatory matters including access contracts. Recently she has advised on the Gatwick station redevelopment and on the Metrowest Phase 1 project.
