Karen has been working in the rail industry for nearly 20 years, including sponsor roles at Network Rail and 6 years in consultancy before joining Midlands Connect as Head of Rail in 2021 – a role that has now been expanded to cover all aspects of Integrated Transport. Karen is passionate about sustainable travel with rail at its core and driving decarbonisation through mode shift to rail travel.
