Isabella is a Senior Policy Executive at the Railway Industry Association (RIA), helping to lead work on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion; skills; Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs); and procurement policy. She joined RIA in March 2019 as an Operations Executive & Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.

Isabella was instrumental in kickstarting the RIA & Women in Rail EDI Charter for Rail, and continues to lead on delivering events and resources to signatories. She also lead the YRP Rail Week initiative in 2020 and 2021.

Prior to joining RIA, Isabella studied Classical Civilisations at the University of Roehampton.
