Oliver Schepisi is the General Manager (Rail) for Skanska Costain Strabag, working on behalf of HS2. He has almost 20 years’ experience in rail freight, working across Europe in various executive roles. In recent years he worked as a consultant and project manager within the construction sector, applying his knowledge in logistics to lead the design, build, and operation of the logistics terminal for HS2 Area South. 

Oliver has an executive career portfolio that spans rail freight, starting out as a graduate Operations Manager, he quickly developed to become a senior leader in planning, operations, and commercial functions. He has led multiple change programs, designed and built operational business models, and driven strategic growth within the organisations he has operated in.
